How it works

An entire team of AI assistants at your command.

So you can focus on what really matters to you.

I offer AI assistant setup and training. Together, we’ll create a dream team of AI assistants tailored to your business and personal life. Talk to or text any teammate around the clock. They'll take the drudgery off your plate, so you have more time for the work you want to do and the life you want to live.

Setup & training

We’ll build your team together.

Only you know how you work.

No generic, off-the-shelf software packages. We’ll construct a team around your routines, your applications, and your preferences.

Step by step, start to finish.
  1. 01Walk me through how you work. The applications you use, the systems you rely on, and your routines.
  2. 02We’ll assemble your team. Decide which assistants you need and what each one handles.
  3. 03We’ll connect and train them. Hook them into your apps, import your knowledge base, and create routines.
  4. 04Keep improving. After launch, I’ll help you adjust and refine until everything runs smoothly.

Nothing changes except who does the work.

No new software to learn.

Your AI team plugs into the setup you already have — your email, calendar, CRM, spreadsheets, files, and accounting. No migrations, no moving your data, no switching systems.

You stay in control. You decide which apps each assistant can reach, and nothing goes out without your okay.

On the go

Unchained from your desk.

You’re free. Work and play wherever you want, whenever you want.

While you’re out, your team is back at the office working 24/7. Talk to or text any teammate around the clock.

Who is Rick Schettino?

I’m Rick — a designer and copywriter with more than 30 years in graphic design, copywriting, and digital marketing. I spent over a decade as a Senior Art Director at high-end agencies, then 20 years freelancing for well over 100 clients, from one-person shops to big brands.

I’ve always been early to new technology, and AI is the biggest shift I’ve seen. Now I help busy professionals put it to work so they can get more done without hiring more people.

What is an AI assistant?

Think of it as a helper that can do most of what you do on a computer — scheduling, follow-ups, quotes, invoices, collections, and more. Snap a photo of a business card and say “add to contacts and send a quote for Tuesday” — it creates the contact, drafts the quote, checks your calendar for an open slot, and has it all waiting for your approval. Or ask “who still owes me money?” — it pulls every unpaid invoice from your books, drafts polite reminders, and follows up on its own until each one is paid.

What can my AI team actually do?

Each AI assistant has its own job. One keeps track of customer relationships. One handles invoices and chases late payments. One runs your calendar. Others log expenses, keep service records, or whatever your business needs.

They’re right there on your phone and computer. Send a quick text or voice message to the one you need and it handles the rest, checking with you before anything goes out.

How is this even possible?

It’s a fair question. A year ago, it wasn’t possible. But AI has quietly crossed a line. Today’s assistants can read and write, make intelligent decisions, keep track of details, and use apps like your calendar, CRM, and bookkeeping software. You'd be amazed at how smart they are and how they just figure things out.

You don’t have to take my word for it. On our free call, I’ll show you real assistants doing real work, live.

Can AI assistants act without my approval?

No. By default, anything that goes out — emails, quotes, invoices, messages — waits for your okay before it’s sent.

If there are routine tasks you’d rather hand off completely, we can set those up too. You decide where the line is, and you can move it anytime.

Do I need any technical knowledge?

No. Once your team is set up, it works like any messaging app. Text your assistants, or just talk to them the way you would a real assistant.

What applications do you use?

Grok Bot by Cursor. It’s one of the first apps that lets you run a whole team of AI assistants without any technical know-how — you give instructions in plain English, no code or settings menus. Want to change how an assistant works? Just tell it.

I don't charge for the software. Grok Bot is a cloud platform, with its own low monthly subscription. What you’re paying me for is to help you to design your team, connect it to your tools, train each assistant on how you do business, and fine-tune your system until it's running smoothly.

Do we meet in person or online?

Either works. If you’re between Tampa and Sarasota, we can start with an in-person meeting to map out how you work, then I handle the build remotely and check in as we go.

Anywhere else, we do it all over video calls and screen sharing — same process, same results, no travel required.

How long until I’m up and running?

It depends on how many assistants you need and which apps they connect to. Most people have their first assistants working early on, then we add and refine from there. We’ll map out a realistic timeline on the setup call.

What does this cost?

Price depends on the complexity of your business and how many assistants you need. A typical core setup for a single user starts at $750 flat-rate project fee which includes a complete suite of custom-developed AI assistants and 8 hours of my time. I ask for a 50% deposit with balance due upon handover. 1-on-1 coaching is also available at $90/hour.

To put that in perspective: a dedicated virtual assistant (VA) usually runs a few hundred a week, minimum. That’s $1,200 to $3,000 every single month in recurring payroll or outsource costs, plus overhead and management time — for one single assistant.

With a custom AI team, you pay a one-time setup fee and a low monthly Grok Bot subscription fee for an asset you own forever—giving you $14,000+ in annual savings without ongoing monthly payroll.

And the savings are only half the story. With a full team handling follow-ups, quotes, and invoices, fewer leads slip through the cracks and more jobs get booked and paid on time. You also get hours back every week to spend on the work that actually grows your business.

Can this help with my personal life too?

Absolutely. The same kind of assistants that run your business can also make the rest of your life easier to manage. One can keep the family calendar and remind you about birthdays, appointments, and school events. Others can track bills and renewals, research potential investments, plan trips, compare prices, or research a big purchase.

Many clients start with a business team and then add a few personal assistants once they see how much time they get back. Work and personal assistants stay separate, so nothing crosses over unless you want it to.
