Privacy policy

Last updated September 2026. This site is operated by Rick Schettino (“I,” “me”). I respect your privacy and collect as little information as possible.

What I collect. When you use the contact form, I receive the name, email address, phone number, and message you choose to send. The form is delivered to my inbox by FormSubmit, a third-party email service. This site does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log basic technical information such as your IP address.

How I use it. Only to reply to your inquiry and, if we work together, to provide my services. I never sell, rent, or share your information for marketing purposes.

Client data. If we work together, any business information, documents, or account access you share during setup is kept confidential and used only to build and train your AI assistants. Your assistants run on third-party AI platforms you’ll have your own account with, subject to those providers’ privacy policies.

Your choices. You can ask me to see, correct, or delete any information I have about you at any time by emailing rick@rickschettino.com. I’ll respond promptly.
